Meeting in the library

"They respect you though... you're not their funny toy!" Nymphadora said a little louder than she should... "Oh, sorry for raising my voice..." she muttered after a while feeling ashamed of herself...

"It's fine, you don't need to apologize, you're right, kind of." Jenn paused, "They don't respect me but they're too scared to speak against me or to try and make fun of me." she looked straight at Nymph, "I can stop them making you their 'funny toy'." she said.

"Thanks Jenn, but you don't really have to! They won't stop... they respect you... of not respect, at least they find you important... don't lose your reputation for a not so important person..." Nymphadora smiled to Jenn... she doesn't deserve to become like me, she thought....

"Even if I tried they wouldn't shun me." Jenn sighed, "They won't bother you after tonight, I'll make sure of it." she replied, "I don't have a reputation to ruin." she laughed, "It's all down to my parents and brother."

"You are protected by them... thanks, anyway..."said Nymphadora blushing a little...

"No problem." She replied. "It's not that I'm protected by them, it's more that they think I'll be like them."

"This is what I mean... they think that you are going to be like them, so this protects you..." Nymphadora explained...

"Oh, in that case yeah, I guess they do sort of protect me." She replied.
